Binary Options Brokers With The Highest Payouts In 2025
If a binary trade finishes in the money, you win a pre-determined payout, normally shown as a percentage of your initial stake. Here we list the binary brokers offering the highest payouts.
We also explain what can impact the size of returns and run through our payout testing process, which measures payout accuracy too – how closely actual returns match advertised rates on platforms.
Binary Brokers With Highest Payouts
From our tests, these are the platforms that pay out the greatest possible profits on winning trades. This is based on the maximum advertised rates that we found in binary firms’ marketing materials.

Why Maximum Returns Only Tell Part Of The Story
High payouts are appealing, but they’re just part of the puzzle. What you’ll actually receive depends heavily on the asset you’re trading and the time of day. We’ve seen this time and time again using binary platforms.
That’s why we’ve run standardized payout tests to identify the difference between advertised highs and the returns we’ve actually observed in platforms.
This is because a broker with a slightly lower headline rate may be a better pick if it delivers more consistent payouts in normal trading hours and doesn’t fall off a cliff outside major market overlaps.
So, we measured advertised and observed payouts for every major firm in our binary options broker database, focusing on four popular assets. We also considered various contract lengths per market, keeping in mind that most binary traders use short-term strategies.
- EUR/USD (forex): 5-10 minute expiries
- Bitcoin (crypto): 30-minute expiries
- S&P 500 (index): 10-minute expiries
- XAU/USD (gold): 10-minute expiries
Because returns can vary based on market conditions, we recorded payouts across:
- Peak sessions: High-volume market overlaps like New York and London
- Off-peak: Quieter conditions like overnight and during the weekend
This allowed us to see:
- What you can realistically expect during normal trading hours, and
- How sharply payouts drop when liquidity thins, i.e. when there are fewer traders
Below are the results of our tests, revealing the 10 best binary brokers for payout accuracy, i.e. how closely real payouts match advertised rates during peak and off-peak sessions.
The Average Peak, Average Off-Peak, and Overall Average figures in this table are blended averages across our four standard test assets to reflect overall reliability. Shortfall figures show the absolute difference between advertised and observed payout rates.
| Rank | Broker | Average Peak Payout | Average Off-Peak Payout | Overall Average Payout | Average Peak Shortfall vs Advertised | Average Off-Peak Shortfall vs Advertised |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Pocket Option | 87.0% | 81.2% | 84.1% | 1.0% | 6.8% |
| 2 | IQ Option | 88.5% | 81.1% | 84.8% | 1.0% | 8.4% |
| 3 | Binomo | 84.3% | 77.5% | 80.9% | 2.0% | 8.8% |
| 4 | OlympTrade | 87.2% | 80.1% | 83.7% | 1.8% | 8.9% |
| 5 | ExpertOption | 87.5% | 79.8% | 83.6% | 2.0% | 9.8% |
| 6 | Deriv | 86.9% | 78.5% | 82.7% | 2.6% | 11.0% |
| 7 | IQCent | 86.5% | 78.0% | 82.2% | 3.0% | 11.5% |
| 8 | RaceOption | 86.2% | 77.9% | 82.1% | 3.2% | 11.6% |
| 9 | BinaryCent | 86.5% | 77.8% | 82.1% | 3.0% | 11.8% |
| 10 | Quotex | 90.1% | 81.1% | 85.6% | 2.9% | 11.9% |
As these test results show, Pocket Option came on top for payout accuracy, helping it scoop ‘Best Broker for Binary Payouts‘ in our 2025 awards.
What Impacts Payout Rates On Binary Platforms?
Four key factors will impact the returns you may see trading binaries:
- Liquidity/time of day (peak vs off-peak): Payouts generally fall when trading volumes are low. For instance, in our last tests, Pocket Option was close to its headline levels in peak hours but could be around 10–12% lower during off-peak.
- Marketing “up to” vs real payouts: As we’ve shown, some brokers stretch the headline rates. Quotex promotes returns of up to 98%, yet we observed 2–4% lower in peak sessions and up to 18% lower in off-peak hours, meaning the best numbers aren’t always repeatable.
- Account tier/eligibility: Maximum rates may be reserved for higher-tier users. CloseOption is a clear example of this, where standard accounts often landed well below the “up to 95%” figure in our evaluations. We’ve seen other firms like IQCent offer payout boosts of up to 3% for traders who qualify for more premium account tiers, often requiring significant deposits of thousands of dollars.
- Asset class: Forex and crypto often get the most generous headline rates from our analysis, while indices and commodities tend to get lower. This finding is consistent across virtually every binary broker we’ve tested. Interestingly, we’ve observed that crypto payouts have improved over the years.
How Can I Check The Payout Before Placing A Binary Trade?
It’s very straightforward to check the potential return you may get on a winning binary trade. Almost every platform we’ve evaluated shows this clearly in the panel where you configure the trade, often to the right of the chart near the higher/lower or equivalent buttons, and where you enter your stake.
As an example, below I’ve added an arrow where the payout details are shown in the Pocket Option platform. You can see that for a $500 stake that Tesla’s share price would rise or fall, I was offered a 92% potential return if I got the trade prediction correct.

Pocket Option – Possible Payouts
Of course, as with all binaries, this payout was just a snapshot in time and will vary.
It’s also important to keep in mind that payouts are only reserved for winning trades, i.e. those that finish ‘in the money’ (ITM). If your prediction is wrong, expect to lose your entire stake.
With this in mind, binary options remain a high-risk trading product.
